Lead Early Childhood Educator

The role of a lead educator is to oversee the daily operations of a pre-kindy room, including program planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with EYLF and NQF guidelines.

This position requires an experienced educator who can support and lead other educators in providing high-quality learning opportunities for young children.

Requirements
  • Achieve ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services
  • Hold a Blue Card (QLD Working with Children Check) or provide evidence of exemption
  • Currently hold First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Hold Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Certificates
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Previous experience leading a room in an early childhood service
  • Desire to become part of a dedicated and supportive team of educators
