Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our team as an Educational Leader.

About the Role

The Educational Leader will be responsible for collaborating with education professionals, children, and families to challenge, inspire, mentor, and lead the improvement of educational programs and practice.

This role involves working in high-quality, well-resourced environments, leading programming and contributing to resourcing decisions.

The successful candidate will have opportunities for ongoing professional development, including coaching, conferences, mentoring, and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with educators and teachers to share best practice and innovate in early childhood education programs based on exploration, discovery, and play.
  • Build and influence the professional capacity and skills within the network, leading the development and implementation of teaching programs and practice.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications (university degree or equivalent) in early childhood education as approved by ACECQA.
  • Current teacher's accreditation/registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Previous experience working in the early years sector (desirable).
  • Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent.
