Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to young children.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment that fosters children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the individual needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Implementing National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of educational programs.
  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A permanent right to work in Australia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Interest in early years education.
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Proof of immunisation against COVID-19, Measles, Mumps, and Rubella & Whooping Cough (Pertussis).
