Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our centre. Our specially designed centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm, boasting natural play environments, open-plan rooms, abundant learning resources, separate playgrounds, and both indoor and outdoor spaces to cater to 100 children.

If you're an experienced manager with a passion for delivering high-quality care and an inclusive leadership style, we'd like to hear from you As our Centre Manager, you'll motivate your team to empower our children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness.

A successful candidate will possess:

Main Responsibilities:

  • a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent

  • Current Working with Children Check

  • Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards

  • Australian Working Rights

  • Great personal presentation

  • Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community

  • Experience leading an awesome team
