
Business Support Associate

As a professional, you will work in the Hobart CBD with a services firm that values its staff and has an outstanding reputation in the local market.
Your Role:
- Provide support to managers by managing workflow, including proactive diary and inbox management, organising internal and client meetings.
- Perform general reception duties, such as answering and directing calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail, booking couriers, scanning and filing.
- Liaise with government agencies for lodgement processes.
- Maintain client database and annual reviews.
- Assist with ad hoc duties as required.
Your Skills:
- Excellent time management skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ideally MYOB or Xero.
- A positive, self-motivated and energised demeanour.
- Confidence using technology with the ability to pick up new systems and processes.
- A willingness to support colleagues and get involved in tasks outside your role.
- Initiative and a proactive approach to learning.
