Delivering Excellence in Contract Performance Audits
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Performance Audit Specialist to join our team at BDO. As a key member of our assurance and advisory practice, you will play a crucial role in providing independent review services to our clients, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of their contractual arrangements.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and mentoring a team of highly skilled professionals to deliver exceptional contract performance audit services.
- Manage a portfolio of clients across various industry sectors, focusing on risk, controls, and assurance.
- Supervise and undertake fieldwork including scoping and delivering risk advisory engagements.
- Prepare high-quality written reports and deliverables that meet budgets and timelines.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of current practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior management on business development and growth initiatives.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Accounting, legal, or business-related tertiary qualification or equivalent.
- Post-graduate professional qualifications such as CA/CPA/CIA.
- Proven experience in similar roles within the professional services industry.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with process mapping, risk and control identification, and presenting to senior management.
- Knowledge of risk management, project management, records management, procurement/contract management, governance, and legislative compliance.
