About This Role

This Senior Program Manager position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project delivery.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Product Owners to engage stakeholders, manage client relationships, and develop effective delivery plans to meet project goals.

The ideal candidate has experience working in complex, digital environments as a Delivery Lead/ Iteration Manager/ Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, tools, and techniques.

We are seeking a skilled facilitator, communicator, and mentor who can foster collaboration and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Agile delivery plans to meet project objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to engage stakeholders and manage client relationships
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve skills and knowledge
