Senior Agile Project Manager - Financial Crime Program Sydney Banking12 M contract Up to $1120 inc super p.d (max)About the Role :manage workstreams within a large-scale Financial Crime programbusiness-facing role, requiring strong stakeholder management and delivery skills.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals align with business objectives, delivering high-impact outcomes with high visibility across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities : Oversee the full lifecycle of projects focused on Financial Crime and AML, from initiation through to delivery Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across both business and technology teams Ensure initiatives are delivered in line with regulatory standards and compliance obligations Apply structured project management practices and take a proactive, hands-on approach to achieve business objectives Support ongoing improvements to project delivery frameworks and team processes The ideal candidate will bring : Proven experience as a Delivery Lead / Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master within banking Strong background in Financial Crime project delivery, within a regulatory program Business-focused approach with hands-on delivery capabilities Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Prior experience in agile and waterfall delivery environments Strong leadership qualities with the ability to navigate complex environments Prior financial crime technology implementation experience (nice to have)A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset Candidates must be based in Sydney for consideration - no sponsorship options for this position.
