Lifestyle Program Manager Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role in developing and managing lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate program manager to lead the lifestyle program at our organization. As a Lifestyle Program Manager, you will oversee the development and management of various programs and events that promote resident well-being and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage lifestyle programs for residents
  • Foster a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel valued and respected
  • Coordinate with volunteers and care staff
  • Provide supervision and direction for day-to-day programs
Requirements
  • A relevant qualification, such as a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally with team leadership experience
  • Proven experience in developing and managing lifestyle programs in the aged care sector
  • Experience with dementia care, including knowledge of memory support programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
