We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to develop and manage various programs and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.

As a Lifestyle Coordinator, your role will be to promote social engagement, mental stimulation, and physical activity for our residents.

  • Promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being among residents.
  • Foster a warm, welcoming environment that promotes feelings of value, respect, and care.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage lifestyle programs in aged care or community settings.
  • Experience with dementia care and knowledge of memory support initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and their families.
  • Provide compassionate support to elderly residents and individuals with disabilities.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with team leadership experience.
  • A current, full driver's license for the State of Victoria.
