Job Title: Lifestyle Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to lead our lifestyle program at Royal Freemasons Coppin Centre.

The successful applicant will develop, manage, and deliver various programs and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents, promoting social engagement, mental stimulation, and physical activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage lifestyle programs in the aged care or community sectors.
  • Coordinate lifestyle volunteers and resident wellbeing assistants.
  • Provide supervision, direction, and delivery for all day-to-day programs.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in team leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate approach to managing and supporting elderly residents and individuals with disabilities.
