
Technical Service Desk Professional

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide exceptional service desk support across various technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering fast and effective solutions to clients using automations and AI.
The ideal candidate will have advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory, comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange, as well as genuine exposure across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking.
In this role, you will work closely with experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments and ensure seamless delivery of services. You will also have opportunities to work on-site and participate in project teams to deploy solutions for customers.
To succeed in this position, you will need excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing remote service desk support for clients using automations and AI
- Delivering fast and effective solutions to clients
- Collaborating with experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments
- Participating in project teams to deploy solutions for customers
- Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange
- Genuine exposure across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking
- An understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles
