Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk professional to fill a key role in our team for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.

As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving basic technical issues and escalating complex problems, ensuring a great technology experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for employees across various platforms and devices
  • Install and configure new hardware and software on desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals
  • Provide timely solutions to technical issues with a focus on first-point resolution
  • Log, escalate, update and document all service desk incidents and requests

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and interaction
  • Effective management and resolution of level 1 technical issues, including tickets, calls, walk-ups and instant messages
  • Approaching technical issues with an analytical mindset and a solutions-focused approach

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening and collaboration with other team members
