We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in IT service desk operations within a corporate environment.
About the Position- The successful candidate will be responsible for recording client and incident details, troubleshooting progress, and resolving or escalating incidents and service requests using automated or documented processes.
- This involves monitoring incidents and requests, liaising with support teams, maintaining communication with stakeholders, setting up and exiting employees, providing training on IT assets and services, and documenting records to identify issues.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field;
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2019);
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity and communication technologies;
- ITIL certification and/or other IT service management and systems development methodologies are desirable;
- Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to enable effective communication and interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
