  • Provide first- and second-line support to customers\

  • Apply strong technical troubleshooting skills\
  • Respond to client support tickets\
  • Log incidents and service requests in the relevant ITSM tool\
  • Escalate issues to third-level support teams or third-party vendors where necessary\
  • Offer onsite face-to-face and remote technical support
