Job Description

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for preparing and paying eft runs, performing daily cash reporting and cash management, downloading and coding daily bank statements, advising vendors of payments, managing payments of cheques and international TTs, preparing legal and professional fee schedules, preparing audit confirmations, managing foreign currency reporting, organising funding rewires from MLs for payroll and operating expenses, updating the Fixed Asset register and managing filing of invoices, entering payments into our General Ledger and reconciling the bank accounts, reviewing expense reimbursement claims by receipt and associated fx conversion calculations, petty cash reconciliations, and setting up new accounts in our general ledger for vendors.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. This is a 12-month fixed term maternity cover.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a full-function Accounts Payable role, high attention to detail, and high computer proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
