At OFX, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Global Cash Management and Liquidity to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key leadership role in shaping the future of our cash management operations.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in foreign exchange markets, cash management, and liquidity management. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our global cash management team, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to implement new processes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures to support both our legacy and NCP platforms.

A critical aspect of this role will be enhancing reporting capabilities within our cash management program, focusing on seasonal and event-driven safeguarding trends and cash cycle management. Additionally, the Director will partner with our Treasury team to create funding and modeling reports that facilitate efficient cash management in response to evolving client practices.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. If you have a proven track record of managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment, we encourage you to apply.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
