Key roles and responsibilities for this Director - Cybersecurity position include delivery of cyber consulting services, mentoring a small team of senior and principal level consultants, business development and pipeline management, and growing out the team and function.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established consultancy and take on a director-level role in our cybersecurity practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the practice forward by mentoring and developing the existing team and identifying new business opportunities.

The work itself is focused on Cyber GRC - risk assessments, gap assessments, audit predominantly, though vCISO and general strategic consulting are also offered. The ideal candidate will have prior consulting experience, exceptional customer-facing skills, and significant knowledge across Cyber GRC.

They will need to be able to lead engagements end-to-end, possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have industry certifications that are highly regarded. A background from a Big 4 or larger consulting business would be advantageous.

In terms of personal qualities, the successful candidate will need to be keen on fast-paced work and have a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
