CRM Marketing Specialist
Job Description:As a CRM marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty across digital channels. Your primary focus will be on managing customer data within the CRM system, ensuring its accuracy and completeness. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop CRM strategies and campaigns, and maintain clear communication with external agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Requirements:- Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or 1+ year of relevant experience in a marketing or CRM role.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail when reviewing creative work and campaign deliverables, excellent organizational skills.
