Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Asset Trade Specialist to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital asset and fiat related trade settlements, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal and external trading counterparties.
  • Trade reconciliation from post-trade to settlement, verifying correct and timely settlements.
  • Liaise with the finance team on accounting for asset balances across operations, tracking treasury and client margins.
  • Support trading desks with fiat transfers and settlements, communicating with banking services and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Monitor and report technical and financial problems, working with the development team to improve processes and automate tasks.
  • Project manage internal operations ticketing processes, collaborating with trading teams to streamline procedures and enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee and improve the collection and documentation of external counterparty trade data, facilitating best execution tracking and cost optimization.
  • Enhance trade reporting and post-trade settlement procedures, improving design and streamlining processes.
