Job Title: Assets Specialist

At the heart of our operations lies the role of Assets Specialist, a position that requires exceptional leadership and strategic vision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-of-term activities and day-to-day transactional activities across various business segments and technology assets in the Asia Pacific region.

This role demands close collaboration with sales, finance, operations, vendor partners, and clients to drive revenue growth through defined processes.

  • We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with assigned vendor programs and internal colleagues to support asset refresh objectives.
  • A key requirement is proactive contract management from client intentions to asset disposal and finalisation.
  • Reviewing contracted assets data is crucial for preparation of end-of-term activities.
  • Assessing RV request submissions and preparing summaries for delegated authority review are also essential tasks.
  • Supporting valuation requests at various times through the asset lifecycle and maintaining valuation records are critical responsibilities.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure contracts are effectively managed and finalised is another key aspect of this role.
  • Preparing periodic Asset Management and Remarketing reports in support of EOT activities and portfolio management.
  • Conducting periodic post-settlement residual value audit checks.
  • Supporting regional initiatives that add business value.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates have 3-5 years' experience in Asset Finance in Australia or New Zealand.
  • Able to inspire and build positive working relationships with stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of drivers impacting client decisions.
  • Quality driven, results oriented, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong networking and communication skills.
  • Strong MS Excel proficiency and sound understanding of MS Office applications.
  • LifeTech comprises IT, Healthcare, and Office Equipment assets.
