Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

About the Role

You will work with complex and diverse datasets, developing, implementing, and optimizing sophisticated models and algorithms to convert business challenges into actionable solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to address critical business challenges.
  • Implement best practices in data science workflows and identify areas for process improvement and automation.
  • Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations and operational initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and guide projects from concept to delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Experience in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and data visualisation tools.
