As a data-driven decision maker, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team to deliver exceptional results in forecasting and analytics.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with our merchandising team to optimize inventory levels and achieve sales, margin, and stockturn targets.
  • Support the business through improved forecasts and accurate reporting, presenting key insights to stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Own the merchandise relationship, drive enhancements in forecast accuracy, and ensure continuous improvement throughout the planning function.
  • Ensure clear action plans and mitigation strategies are generated through utilisation of demand planning reports.
  • Build key inputs and strategies for the Demand TIR (Total Inventory Review), supporting execution of the product strategy.
  • Build and nurture relationships with all key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Data Analysis, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Inventory, Supply Chain and Logistics or related experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Experience within retail, wholesale, or manufacturing.
  • Effective and concise communication skills.
  • Ability to present analysis and insights to stakeholders/clients.
