Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insights Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Commercial Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming data into strategies that drive business performance. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Analytics, you will work on diverse projects across departments, analyzing data to generate meaningful, actionable insights that support decision-making and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine metrics, tools, and reporting systems to provide actionable, strategic insights across the organisation.
  • Manage end-to-end analytical projects, focusing on customer-based insights to guide business strategies.
  • Present complex analysis in a clear and engaging way, creating 'data stories' that excite and motivate stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights that influence key business decisions, ensuring the right data is presented at the right time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in SQL with the ability to extract and manipulate data to generate insights.
  • Strong Excel skills, especially in handling and analysing large datasets.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools, turning data into impactful visual stories.
  • A natural at data storytelling, able to make complex data easy to understand and actionable for non-technical audiences.
