Job Role:

Financial Decision Maker

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Decision Maker to contribute to our organization's financial success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and make a significant impact on our financial performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating financial dashboards, preparing reports for senior management, developing and maintaining financial models, and providing recommendations on improving current business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with commercial stakeholders to understand their informational requirements and create financial dashboards to support their needs.
  2. Prepare daily and weekly reports for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  3. Develop and maintain dashboard reporting and financial models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Provide recommendations on improving current business systems, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  5. Support the planning, modelling and preparation of all annual budget deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  6. Prepare monthly executive results presentations, showcasing key financial achievements and progress.
  7. Support the preparation of ASX and investor relations reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with commercial stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with experience in financial modelling and analysis.
