Job Opportunity

We are seeking a charismatic and energetic Attraction Host to join our team. As an Attraction Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a safe and fun environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver positive interactions with guests to ensure quality service.
  • Deal tactfully with guests who do not meet ride restrictions.
  • Operate various attractions throughout the park in a safe manner.
  • Enforce all policies relating to service delivery.
  • Ensure all attraction areas are supervised and that all policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Recognise problems and make decisions to help resolve them.
  • Communicate serious problems to the Head Guard or Operations Manager.
  • Provide First Aid or CPR emergency care whenever required.
  • Report any faults that arise during the day.
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Ellis and Associates Community CPR/AED & Standard First Aid certification.
  • Dispatch Smart Waterslide Operator Training.
  • Fluent English.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a Water Park or Theme Park Industry.
  • Conflict Resolution Training.
