The Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (ACEM) offers a comprehensive training program for doctors interested in pursuing a career in critical care.

To enhance your skills, you can opt for the Emergency Medicine Certificate (EMC) program, which focuses on developing competency-based training under direct supervision of an approved EMC Supervisor.
This unique opportunity will equip you with the necessary knowledge and expertise to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under direct supervision of a FACEM in UHG ED for 3 months
- Complete a 3-month term at Hamilton Base hospital
- Participate in the Critical Care Year plus the Emergency Medicine Certificate program
