Job Title: Critical Care Registered Nurse
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive patient care and coordinate the supervision of care delivered by junior staff and students within Critical Care.
- Direct total patient care to patients to achieve identified outcomes in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, communicate effectively with all members of the care team, and report changes in patients' status to appropriate personnel.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Post-graduate qualification in critical care and recent clinical experience within ED with resus and triage highly desirable.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, ability to identify and solve problems, and commitment to quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
- Salary range $79,535 to $100,984 (pro rata for part-time).
- 12% superannuation.
