Critical Care Nurse Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding nursing opportunity for skilled professionals to deliver high-quality patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting.
We are seeking nurses with postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care Nursing who can develop effective care plans, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and prioritize the needs of critically ill patients.
The ideal candidate will have ICU nursing experience, current registration with AHPRA, and a solid understanding of health information systems and technology.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and monitoring patient progress
- Identifying subtle changes in patient medical condition
- Care planning and implementation for patients' recovery in the ICU
- Developing and maintaining effective communication with doctors, patients, and families
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care Nursing
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of critical care principles
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
