Job Description

This position involves leveraging strategic sourcing techniques to drive value-added outcomes within the broader organization.

You will be working closely with key stakeholders to achieve end-to-end efficiency and deliver cost savings through initiatives such as:

  • Unlocking end-to-end processes for improved operational performance.
  • Supporting strategic sourcing initiatives to drive volume and share growth.
  • Ensuring alignment of sourcing strategies with enterprise priorities.

You will also be responsible for identifying and developing 'right-fit' supplier partnerships focused on value creation, supply security, sustainability, and profitability.

About You and Your Skills

We are seeking a seasoned sourcing or procurement professional with strong commercial acumen, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a value-driven mindset.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in category management and complex commercial negotiations across multiple categories, jurisdictions, and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong people skills and ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking with the ability to operate in a dynamic customer-driven environment.
