About the Role

This role is responsible for leveraging procurement strategies to drive added value within a retail function. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, cross-functional collaboration skills, and value-driven thinking.

The successful candidate will support sourcing initiatives to unlock end-to-end efficiency and deliver cost savings, contribute to volume and share growth by supporting strategic sourcing initiatives, and drive alignment of sourcing strategies with enterprise priorities.

  • Develop and implement criteria for agreements, including transparency, impact visibility, and efficiency targets.
  • Enhance supplier collaboration for reviews, packaging, and product efficiency, and cost analysis.
  • Collaborate and align with internal stakeholders on priority alignment, governance, and benefit realization.
About You and Your Skills

We are looking for a strategic sourcing or procurement professional with:

  • Proven experience in complex negotiations across multiple categories, jurisdictions, and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong people skills and proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking with the ability to operate in a dynamic, customer-driven environment.
