  • Drive alignment of sourcing strategies with business objectives and the strategic roadmap
  • Help identify and establish 'right-fit' supplier partnerships focused on value creation, supply security, sustainability, and profitability
  • Develop criteria for Value-Add agreements, including cost transparency and efficiency targets
About You And Your Skills
  • Proven experience in complex commercial negotiations across multiple categories, jurisdictions, and stakeholder groups
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
