About the Role

As a strategic sourcing expert, you will leverage your expertise in procurement strategies to drive added value within our operations. You will support initiatives to unlock end-to-end efficiency and deliver cost savings.

  • Support initiatives to unlock end-to-end efficiency and deliver cost savings
  • Drive alignment of sourcing strategies with enterprise priorities
  • Help identify and deliver 'right-fit' supplier partnerships focused on value creation, supply security and P&L benefits

You will contribute to volume and share growth by supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. Additionally, you will enhance supplier collaboration for end-to-end reviews, packaging and product efficiency and cost input analysis.

About Your Skills and Experience

We are seeking a procurement professional with a strong blend of commercial acumen, cross-functional collaboration skills and value-driven thinking. Individuals with prior experience in category management or senior developer roles that can demonstrate a sound understanding of manufacturing processes would be advantageous.

  • Proven experience within retail or FMCG industry
  • Experience in complex commercial negotiations across multiple categories, jurisdictions and stakeholder groups
  • Strong people skills and proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
