About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at MAC Travel Retail in Sydney. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and working collaboratively with our team to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to ensure a 5-star experience for every customer.
  • Combine your creative and technical expertise to provide make-up artistry services and advice to customers.
  • Work effectively as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store always achieves high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Maintain the store environment, including self-development, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting with administrative and online duties.

Requirements:

  • A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • The ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise, combined with excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • You are flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings and late nights.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$45,000 - AU$60,000 per annum.
