Patient Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to provide exceptional support in our team.
This part-time role involves working approximately 15 hours per week to support our Allied Health team. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to incoming telephone queries
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Processing payments and invoices
- Balancing daily banking
- Maintaining a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms, and kitchen
- Completing other administrative tasks as required
