Job Role Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our expert team. As a key member of the Station Product Development Team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and delivering digital products that make a real difference to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your innovative mindset and analytical skills to help drive organisational success. You'll be responsible for turning data and ideas into clear digital reporting platforms, creating Sharepoint lists, and generating necessary data analytics for optimum reporting.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with strong foundations in data analytics and business process analysis. You should have hands-on experience maintaining and improving medium to large applications, along with strong skills in DOMO and Power BI, including building and refining dashboards to deliver insights. Experience with Share Point, managing data/analytics that feed into dashboards, is also required. Additionally, you should be able to translate business needs into clear technical specifications and have knowledge of enterprise architecture and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyse and bring together information to define and solve complex business problems.
  2. Develop project initiation documents, including scope, costings, benefits, and solution papers.
  3. Support the development of business cases, financial models, and budget submissions to secure funding.
  4. Review and analyse existing Power BI and DOMO platforms, identifying potential reporting improvements through data analysis.
  5. Develop strategic initiatives that support long-term business goals.


About You:
You'll be a highly motivated individual with a passion for enhancing digital platforms and delivering actionable analytics.
