Assess and underwrite complex risks in our digitally enabled team, leveraging technology and data-driven decision-making to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
As a Financial Lines Underwriter, you will play a key role in meeting evolving customer needs by working closely with broker partners.
This is an opportunity to contribute to Zurich's ambition to be Australia's leading digital insurer. You will assess new and renewal Financial Lines business, build and maintain strong broker relationships, and use digital tools to identify portfolio trends.
The successful candidate will have experience in underwriting or come from a broking background in this space, looking to transition into underwriting. Key skills include risk assessment, pricing, and regulatory requirements, as well as experience using digital platforms and analytics to support underwriting decisions.
Effective collaboration across Claims, Product, and Risk Engineering teams is essential for this role, along with a proactive mindset and ability to manage broker relationships and negotiate tailored solutions.
