Job Title: Digital Transformation Analyst

At Sydney Trains, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way our customers experience rail services. As a Digital Transformation Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering digital products that make a real difference.

  • You will be responsible for analysing complex problems and bringing together information to define solutions.
  • Prepare project initiation documents, including scope, costings, benefits, and solution papers.
  • Support the development of business cases, financial models, and budget submissions to secure funding.
  • Review and analyse existing data platforms, identifying and assessing potential reporting improvements through data analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support long-term business goals.
About This Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible office attendance at our Burwood or City offices. You'll work closely with our expert team to build and refine seamless technology experiences.

We're looking for someone with strong skills in DOMO and Power BI, including building and refining dashboards to deliver insights. Experience with SharePoint and managing data/analytics that feed into dashboards is also essential.

Your Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with strong foundations in data analytics and business process analysis.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, or actuarial studies.
