The Mental Health Clinician will be a valued member of the Infant Child Youth Mental Health Wellbeing Service team at Albury Wodonga Health. This is a substantive 0.8 EFT part-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake a full range of clinical case work and other therapeutic interventions in collaboration with peers within the Infant Child Youth Mental Health Wellbeing Service.
- Conduct formal assessments, individual and family systems work.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Unencumbered registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) for Nursing, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, or eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) for Social Work.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience.
- Knowledge of recovery models and trauma-informed practice.
- Knowledge of Brief Intervention Models, Eating Disorder Treatment, and Single Session work would be a distinct advantage.
