Job Title: Voice Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team. As a Voice Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various communication, voice, and voice recording platforms.

About the Role:
  • Monitor system dashboards for active alerting systems and take necessary actions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cloud voice applications, contact centre / call centre applications and routing systems.
  • Manage voice solutions and systems to meet business, service and lifecycle requirements.
About You:
  • You have experience working in unified communications and/or networking in a large enterprise environment as a network or voice engineer.
  • You have exposure to cloud voice applications, contact centre / call centre applications and routing.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Networking, Computer Science, Engineering or Cyber Security.
  • You possess excellent communication skills.
