Unified Communications Engineer

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Global Voice Services team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of various communication, voice, and voice recording platforms, as well as monitoring system dashboards for active alerting systems.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to voice-related outages on a 24/7 basis when on-call.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in unified communications and/or networking in a large enterprise environment, as well as exposure to cloud voice applications and contact center/call center applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in unified communications and/or networking in a large enterprise environment
  • Exposure to cloud voice applications and contact center/call center applications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field – Networking / Computer Science / Engineering / Cyber Security
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to respond to voice-related outages on a 24/7 basis when on-call
