Civil Operations Manager

This is a challenging role that requires a high-calibre individual to lead and motivate construction teams in southern region projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and allocating resources (plant, equipment, personnel) while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing effective construction plans to meet project milestones.
  2. Overseeing daily operations and providing guidance to team members.
  3. Fostering a positive work culture and promoting excellence in all aspects of the job.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the civil sector.
  • Proven ability to manage construction teams and utilize plant and equipment to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, lead teams, and motivate subcontractors.
