The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark public health infrastructure project. This is a rare chance to make a lasting impact on the region's healthcare system and drive excellence across all aspects of the project.

The Role:

You will be responsible for successfully planning, coordinating, and executing a large-scale construction project from start to finish. This includes managing the full project lifecycle, leading project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, time, and cost expectations.

  • Plan and execute project activities to achieve strategic objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive management of potential issues
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and commercial partners
About You:
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale health infrastructure projects (> $500m)
  • Extensive experience working in leadership roles within Tier 1 or leading head contractors
  • Strong understanding of health planning, clinical stakeholder engagement, and highly serviced building delivery
  • Commercial acumen and contract administration expertise
  • Able to engage confidently with state government clients and senior stakeholders
  • Able to relocate to or live in Perth for the duration of the project
