Travel Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Travel Consultant to join our team. This role involves coordinating airfares for pre-packaged cruise bookings, managing customer flight deviation requests, and up-selling cabins where required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate airfares for pre-packaged cruise bookings
  • Manage customer flight deviation requests
  • Upsell cabins where required to premium economy, business, and first class
  • Ensure frequent flyer details, baggage, meals, and seating allocation requests are in place at the time of booking
  • Ability to search and book complex itineraries, including stopovers and surface sectors
  • Understand clients' needs and requirements and offer the best itinerary within budget requirements
  • Sound travel industry product and cruise destination knowledge is advantageous
  • Deliver timely and accurate details to ensure a smooth after-booking journey
  • Complete administrative functions associated with the position in an accurate and timely manner
