Job Opportunity

A dynamic position has arisen for a skilled Travel Professional to manage air elements and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate airfares for pre-packaged cruise bookings
  • Manage customers' flight deviation requests
  • Upsell cabins where required to premium economy, Business, and First
  • Ensure frequent flyer details, baggage, meals, and seating allocation requests are in place at the time of booking
  • Search and book complex itineraries (stopovers/surface sectors)
  • Understand clients' needs and requirements and offer the best itinerary within budget requirements
Requirements:
  • Time Management
  • Ability to use a GDS
  • Productivity targets within allocated time
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, organised
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities
Desirable Qualities:
  • Customer focused
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Autonomous and able to make decisions within delegated authority
