**Air and Logistics Consultant**

**Specific Duties**:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to Air/land and manage the customer service inbox
- Coordinating airfares for pre-packaged cruise bookings
- Managing customers flight deviation requests
- Upsell cabins where required to premium economy, Business and First.
- Ensuring frequent flyer details/ baggage/meals and seating allocation requests are in place at the time of booking
- Ability to search and book complex itineraries(stopovers/surface sectors etc )
- Understanding clients’ needs and requirements and offering the best itinerary within budget requirements
- Sound travel industry product and cruise destination knowledge (advantage)
- Deliver timely and accurate details to ensure a smooth after booking journey
- Documentation
- Booking amendments
- Cancellations
- Completing administrative functions associated with the position in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensuring Company policy and procedure is followed
