Job Title: Travel ConsultantTravel Industry Air Consultancy Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the air elements of our bookings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating airfares for pre-packaged cruise bookings, managing customer flight deviation requests, and upselling cabins to premium economy, business, and first class where required.

You will also be responsible for ensuring frequent flyer details, baggage, meals, and seating allocation requests are in place at the time of booking. Your strong travel industry product and cruise destination knowledge will enable you to deliver timely and accurate details to ensure a smooth after-booking journey.

To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the travel industry and its products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to interpret customer requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving is vital.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills are required to manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred but not essential.
