Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at a leading Cruise package specialist. This role is ideal for a Retail or Corporate consultant looking for a change and opportunity to work with Australia's top cruise specialists.

About the Role:
  • Coordinating airfares for pre-packaged cruise bookings
  • Managing customers' flight deviation requests
  • Upselling cabins where required to premium economy, Business and First Class
  • Ensuring frequent flyer details/baggage/meals and seating allocation requests are in place at the time of booking
  • Ability to search and book complex itineraries (stopovers/surface sectors etc.)
Key Competencies:
  • Time Management
  • Ability to use a Global Distribution System (GDS)
  • Productivity targets within allocated time
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, organised
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities
  • Ability to work without supervision
