Cochlear seeks a leader to drive the global accounting and reporting function, ensuring strong financial controls and accurate reporting. In this role, you will lead monthly group consolidation and management reporting, overseeing and driving completion of statutory and Board reporting at half and full year. You will manage corporate transactional accounting, including Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Sharebased payments and Intercompany.

  • Drive continuous improvement of systems and processes to enhance reporting efficiency and control

Requirements:
  • CPA or CA qualification with 10+ years post-qualification experience
  • Experience in listed company reporting and statutory accounts preparation
  • Proven success in multinational group reporting and multicurrency consolidations
  • Strong ERP system experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Hyperion/HFM)
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
