\The Role\
  • Contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge solutions for government and enterprise clients using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
  • Apply your hands-on experience in D365 CE and Power Platform to support a range of technical initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable business applications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and development processes by applying your technical skills and best practices.
\Key Responsibilities\
  • Support senior developers in the design and implementation of D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
  • Build and maintain solutions across core D365 CE modules including Customer Service, Customer Insights - Journeys, and Universal Resource Scheduling.
  • Implement integrations using custom APIs and contribute to ALM/DevOps using Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Ensure security and data integrity using Dataverse security roles and RBAC principles.
\Requirements\
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in D365 CE and Power Platform development.
  • Working knowledge of key modules: Customer Service, Customer Insights Journeys, URS.
  • Experience with Dataverse security roles and RBAC.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, version control, and deployment workflows.
\Preferred Qualifications\
  • Experience with custom API development for integrations.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous technical growth.
